Shipping Information

Delivery in Singapore.
If you wish to self-collect, do call/email us in advance to check the availability of goods in and to fix an appointment. Our office address is at 9 Kallang Place #04-12 Singapore 339154.

International Delivery
Handling Methods:
At checkout, the shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated. Our shipping and handling charges include our costs for customer service, processing and shipping, returns and exchanges, and some overhead.

International Shipments:
International Shipping charges are shown during the check out process.
With respect to shipments of merchandise to consumers, wherever they may reside, title to the merchandise shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the merchandise to the common carrier.
Gizmo shall not be liable or responsible for packages delivered to you through any third party with whom you arrange for receipt [on your behalf] after we have made delivery to the address you designate.
Please note: Customs may delay your order. All custom duties and taxes are your responsibility.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
